I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and featured a unique 'secret entrance' to the bathroom, which I found charming. The location was great for visiting Etna and very peaceful, though it was a bit isolated if you don't have a car. The breakfast was decent but could be improved, and while the staff was very friendly, the service sometimes felt a bit lacking. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money with some caveats.
